    Senate Bill 110 - Continuing Regulations

    Based on recommendations from DORA's Sunset Review published in October 2014, Senate Bill 110 will extend the regulation for funeral establishments and crematories through 2024 and will include new requirements pertaining to custody and responsibility for identification of human remains prior to final disposition.

    The bill was passed by the Colorado Legislature and will be signed into law by the Governor. It will go into effect July 1, 2015.
